When are particular items released?

The best way to make sure you don't miss out on any new collection or exclusive releases is to follow us on our social media platforms (instagram and facebook) and sign up to our newsletter.

Are sold out items restocked?

On occasion, we will re-stock some of our popular items, or release them in new colorways with each collection. It’s worth keeping an eye on our New Arrivals section for items that have been restocked, or signing up to our newsletter to receive exclusive announcements about re-stocks and releases.

I’m unsure about a size/have a fit question. How do I find this information?

To help you choose the correct size, it is recommended to refer to the specific garment measurements provided on each item’s product page. For additional size and fit related information please refer to our  page.

Do you offer/carry women's sizes?

Most of our clothes is unisex.Please note that our clothes are based on men’s sizing. Women may prefer to size down. To help choose the correct size, it’s recommended to refer to the product measurements on the item’s product page, or advise our  page for more details.

How do I care for my YWF items?

Each item is distinct and may require different care. To maintain the quality of your item, attached to each garment is a care label that will provide you with care instructions.

How does the currency conversion work?

All orders placed on ywfclothing.com are processed in Canadian dollars. To help simplify the shopping process, our currency converter allows you to view prices in your preferred/local currency prior to checking out.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

What are the benefits of creating a customer account?

Creating a customer account allows you to: easily access your current order details and history, store multiple shipping and billing addresses, and save payment information allowing faster checkouts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your online return policy?

 We accept returns for within 30 days from the order’s delivery date (with the exception of final sale items). We only accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that all sales of gift cards, socks, underwear and books are final. For our complete return policy and additional details please refer to the return policy page.

What does “final sale” mean?

All sales of gift cards, socks, underwear, hats, accessories, and books are final. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, feel free to reach out to us at ywfclothing.com@gmail.com before placing your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

 YWF ships only to Canada and the U.S.

Can I track my order ?

All orders are granted a tracking number. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your tracking number/link will allow you to access up to date information on the status of your order.

When can i expect my order to arrive ?

 Shipping times vary depending on the service selected at checkout, as well as the delivery destination. Please refer to our page for delivery estimates.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 10 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at ywfclothing.com@gmail.com
